Anthro-what-metry? Part 1: Getting Workers into their "Ergonomic Comfort Zone": Working Heights

Fitting the workstation to the worker is often overlooked, particularly during the development of industrial machinery and conveyors. Engineers and other members of the design team are not ergonomists and, as a result, sometimes equipment is designed, tested and implemented with 'fit' issues for the users. In a perfect world, work surfaces be set up in ways that help workers avoid awkward postures that can lead to injury risk.

Part one of this two-part webinar series focuses on finding the ideal height for work surfaces relative to a worker's unique body dimensions.
