Job Rotation: Effective Solution to Reducing Injuries?

Job rotation is an administrative tool often put into play retroactively when there are one or more jobs with hazards that have previously caused injuries (or near-misses). In concept, it decreases one worker’s exposure time to that hazard so that the likelihood of injury is also decreased. The effectiveness of this tool however, depends on the circumstances of the implementation.
