Assessing Hand Tools from an Ergonomic Perspective
As human beings we have always created tools to help us accomplish tasks we cannot normally do with our bare hands. These tools are designed to make tasks easier for us. However, the tool design is often completed without the process of the task in mind. Is the tool selected appropriate for the job? Will there be room to use the tool in a tight space? Is the tool ergonomically correct for all the workers that will use it?
This month’s webinar will go through the various ergonomic aspects of hand tools, and recommendations will be made to help workers and management optimally use them in the workplace.
