Cognitive Demands Assessments - The Keys to Being Objective
Cognitive Demands Assessments (CDA) aim to outline the cognitive and psychological requirements of a job, an increasingly important component of the return-to-work process. Unlike the physical demands, which are relatively simple to quantify in terms of the duration, frequency, and force, we often get asked about how to objectively document the cognitive demands of a job. For instance, how do you objectively define how much or how often someone uses their memory or problem solving skills?
This webinar will demonstrate how the ergonomists at PROergonomics go about conducting a CDA and more precisely, how they implement objectivity in outlining the cognitive requirements of the job.
