We Are All at Risk! Addressing the Increasing Trend of Tech Neck

In an ever-present attempt to become more productive we often look to mobile devices to fill the gap. As such, over 86% of Canadians use smartphones for 3-4 hours daily for non-phone related events. Although we may be quicker in answering emails and scheduling appointments, the effects on the human body have been startling and have been shown to lead to chronic pain.

This month we investigate the effects of Tech Neck and how some simple ergonomic strategies can reduce the pain, discomfort and claims associated with mobile tech use.
