Investigating a Health and Safety incident such as slip/trip/fall can be relatively straightforward, along with identifying trends in workplace incidents. However, ergonomic concerns and injuries can be much more difficult to determine a root cause for as they tend to not have a specific date of onset and may have multiple contributing factors or “causes”.
